Damn Seizures
That is really the only words I have for these monsters that haunt my child....damn seizures. Yesterday was such a great today, and today has not been so great. We saw my family who just got here for about three hours. Once we got home though Jude was afflicted with yet another horrible audible seizure. This seizure hit AFTER he had his topamax, and pheno so therefore I am at a loss. I am sad, and not sure what to do for him except hold him.

I know we don't know each other but when I read your blog I just want to hug you. I am so sorry your adorable little boy is having to struggle so much. I know that when my son was a baby and so sick I just wanted to fix it for him. I just wanted to let you know I admire you.

A friend of mine had her son on Tegretol for seizures. Has that been an option for Jude? I haven't done the research for the difference in that and Topomax. It has been 5 years since I left the pharmacy. She also said you might want to look into something else... I forgot the name of it.... as soon as I talk to her again, I will email you and let you know. You can do it girl! You are strong!
